I'm doing a bunch of mods to my suspention. I have a TA/Tranny mount comming, SFC and im going to put a 4th gen axle in the car. for the RLCA im stuck on what kind to get. Is there any reason to get the adjustable ones. also the boxed ones are they only better because they prevent movement when cornering. Lastly the relocation brakets after reading the sticky, is there any negative outcome of installing these. im also going with a adj. panhard bar

Relocation brackets can only be a good thing. You can always stay on the higher settings and not do much. Adding adjustability is always great.
LCA's - I think there's a sticky on these right? Mostly for drag racing type of application, the boxed style ones can cause bind in a road racing application. That's why they have the rod end styles. But those are harsh, loud, wear out faster, etc.
Pick what you're wanting to do with the car, and go with that style. I boxed stock ones and used poly. Works fine for me. (Potholes while corning give me a nice tailslide though..).
A poly-rod end combo will work, but again, more $.
Adjustable length shouldn't be needed in your application. Only the people who already know what it does, need it
Most guys will never use the adjustability.

Definitely do not get boxed LCAs, for the reason already stated: bind. Unless your LCAs have rod ends, you need the LCAs to twist in torsion when the car leans, or else they will add nonlinear roll resistance to the rear suspension (i.e., bind). That's why the factory makes them stamped U-channel - they could have certainly made them out of round or square tubing if they thought it was better. The only thing LCAs have to do is locate your axle longitudinally, so they only have to resist tension and compression, which the stock units do just fine. The axle is located laterally by the Panhard bar and nothing else. Let the PHB do its job and LCAs do theirs and the car will be much happier!
