Baselining my suspension (technical)

I have come across a very informative site to set up ladder bar suspensions and 4 link suspensions. I love the tech of the website. Have emailed the guy that runs the site and he says that a torque arm is set up like the ladder bars except it's just one instead of two and it is longer. I have an adjustable Spohn TA and a modified stock crossmember so I can use the mufflex Y-pipe. I'm really trying to learn how to apply this to the torque arm method. Where do I start? Here is the site.
