Yea, and cost about a thousand dollars. There's a reason why it isn't a very popular mod - very low bang for buck on that one.
Al cylinder heads to shave weight on the front end are very common.
If it has an iron intake manifold, or iron exhaust manifolds, those are easy to lighten. Along with removing some unnecessary underhood parts.
Suspension is a very expensive way to lighten the front of your car.
