Im about to uprade my suspension but finding parts that work well together is kind of hard. Edelbrock has some sick packages for 4th gen birds but nothin for 3rd. So im really trying to take the guess work out of upgrading so if anyone knows of any good packages let me know thanks.

Welcome to the fourm. You will find lots of good people who are very knowledgeable.

If you do a search you will find all sorts of information on this. I think you will find that the two most popular companies are Spohn and UMI Performance. Both are very good product.

UMI makes a good quality product IMO and I have their subframe connectors (sfc), adjustable panhard rod and lower control arms (lca's) on my currently. No complaints.

I appreciate the information.....i found exactly what i need....im getting front and rear coil over kits from spohn and subframe connectors from UMI so thanks alot to every1 who helped me
