Weld in's are superior to bolt in's. However, you could also weld the bolt in's..

The other thing to consider is round vs square tubing. Square tubing has shear angles by design and may be prone or suseptible to cracking or fatigue.

Before you purchase, do some research. Just my worth

i have the jegs bolt in style connectors in my car and they follow the floor pan very nicely. I welded them in right away but there was no cutting of the floor pan like some weld-in types. The bolt-ins also have more area that can be welded to the car due to the larger brackets on them.
