better strut?
Re: better strut?
go with which ever is cheaper.. i have not had luck with the 2 kyb sets i owned as they both went out after a month of driving. however for their defense i was running a lowerering spring and didn't have them paired properly. if your going to replace your springs with factory rate springs as well kyb's might be ok.
i wish bilsteins were cheaper... they are wonderful.

Re: better strut?
for stock replacement, go with the sensatracs.. i had them and they were pretty good..
Re: better strut?
even they are expensive for what you get but i would agree if you can find a decent price. i put them on my rs with moog springs and they rode great. not like the bilsteins but what could i expect for a $350 savings.
Re: better strut?
I hear ya, the roads here are pretty rough and I'm trying to avoid too stiff a setup, so for the money I thought I'd try the sensatracs. I've had good experience w/ Monroe in the past. My last car I had I tried both Koni Reds and Yellows but had to run them on the softest setting to keep from breaking my teeth and the car. I also went back to rubber bushings versus the hard urethanes. That helped a lot too. Thanks!

Re: better strut?
I had some Monroes on my car before I got the Eibachs and the KONIs. Not a bad replacement part. They were alot better than the busted stockers. The Pro-Kit killed them in a hurry, though.
