Going over all the suspension
Soon I'll be lowering my car along with putting on my SFC's.
Thinking about Sportlines, as the roads here are pretty damn good.
But along with my springs and shocks... I would like to redo all the suspension and get it new and working perfect. But since I've never redone suspension I just don't know what to replace... Control arms, panhard... etc...
I would love to just buy a kit that includes everything then one weekend or something I can just rip out everything and put all the new stuff in...
So... Anyone know of a complete kit for suspension, or even advice on which things I should be replacing.
The end result for my car will be a daily driver and a modest 300 rwhp. Probably sticking with the 700R for now until one day much down the road getting into the T56 swap.
Thanks guys

Re: Going over all the suspension
I don't know of any complete kits. But if you want a list...
REAR:
Tubular lower control arms-they should come with new polyurethane bushings
Tubular panhard bar-to re-center your rear end after lowering
LCA relocation brackets-a MUST for any lowered F-Body
Coil spring isolators
Shocks
Sway bar bushings
FRONT:
Polyurethane A-arm bushings
Tie rod ends
Ball joints
Shocks
Coil spring isolators
Sway bar bushings
Boxed lower control arms
Tie rod center link
Steering box
3 pt strut tower brace
Strut tower top mount relocators (dunno the REAL name for them)
Tubular and adjustable torque arm
Polyurethane torque arm mount bushing
If you want EVERYTHING, I hope your wallet is deep, and you have more than a weekend to do it
Did I leave anything, anyone?

So all of that, and my suspension will be complete then?
Also, if you had to buy all that do you recommend any specific name?

I don't know of any complete kits. But if you want a list...
REAR:
LCA relocation brackets - What are these?
Coil spring isolators - What is it that these do?
Sway bar bushings - Even if the old ones seem good?
FRONT:
Polyurethane A-arm bushings - You don't think new A-Arms are worth it?
Tie rod center link - Is this also known as a "Center Link"?

Steering box - Why a new one?
Strut tower top mount relocators - Why relocate them?
Polyurethane torque arm mount bushing - Does this not come on the new Torque arm?
If you want EVERYTHING, I hope your wallet is deep, and you have more than a weekend to do it
