Got some suspension setup questions

Well I got overwhelmed with the amount of material regarding suspension while searching so I decided I'de just ask some questions rather then get lost confuse things and buy the wrong things.
I have an 89 GTA L98 automatic but am soon converting to a T5 or T56. I'm setting it up for roadracing/cruising, so basically 60mph-100mph driving through plenty of twisties. So far the only thing i've done is upgrade the struts/shocks to tokico Illumina adjustables. I'de like to know where I should go from here to set the car up for what I want to do. Money is an issue so I need the most cost effective components possible.
I know first and foremost I need subframe connectors, I probably shoulda done those before the shocks even but I need to get them done. So here are all my questions.
1. To what degree do I need to do subframe connectors? Why do these Hotchkis http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku cost so much more than these competition engineering ones http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Do I need a ladder bar crossmember? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
2. Is there any considerable difference between boxed and tubular LCAs? I've seen some sites sell boxed for more and others sell tubular for more. Which best eliminates wheel hop? Relocation brackets are pointless on a car thats using stock springs are they not?
3. Should I think about upgrading my panhard rod since i'll already be doing LCAs? Should I go adjustable on one and get adjustable LCAs as well?
