Hey whats up guys,

So I have an 87 Trans Am with the LG4 carborrated engine. I was looking around for a strut tower brace and bought the edelbrock three point one. Turns out my AC compressor is on the drivers side so it won't work. I was wondering, do any of you guys know of any strut tower braces that work on third gen's that are carbed with the ac compressor on the drivers side?

Try BMR. I believe theirs will work.

 

According to a recent e-mail from Steve Spohn, such an STB will be available from his company in the fall.

As far as I know, no one fabs an STB that will fit your (our) application, which is why I'm excited about Spohn's announcement.
