Pitman Arm

I have an '86 iroc which has been converted to right hand drive. It use a standard camaro pitman arm and a HQ Holden(Australian car from the 70's similar to a camaro) power steering box. I was unhappy with the power steering and I am trying to change it to manual steering.

The spline that holds the pitman arm on the Holden steering power box is larger diameter than the manual steering box. Is this the same with chevs? Is there a different pitman arm for the manual steering and power steering?
