I need some advice on what tires i should buy. Ive been to tirerack and other sites....tooo many mixed reviews. Just looking for some input. I have chrome iroc wheels (16x8) and want to use 245/50/16.....thanks for any help

 

What type of driving do you do? How many miles do you want to get out of them? How much do you want to pay? A little details on what you want out of the tires would help. I've had Falken 451's (no longer in production and replaced with the 452), which were a very good handling tire but one of them slipped a belt right at the end of their life. I just got a set of bfgoodrich KDW2's, which have been good so far (only about 150 miles on them) but I don't think they make them in the size you are looking for. Another place to check for tires is discounttiredirect.com. They have pretty good prices. You might look at Yokohama AVS ES100's. They have good reviews at tire rack and are a decent price.

I did the same thing. Got the KUMHO ECSTA AST 245/50HR-16 and so far so good.
