Re: do polly bushings help u hook up

Are you talking about replacing the stock rubber bushings in the LCAs and PHB with poly bushings or buying aftermarket LCAs/PHB?

Re: do polly bushings help u hook up

You can do that, but I don't think you'll see as much benefit as if you were to buy aftermarket LCAs/PHB. The stock pieces are pretty flimsy and flex whereas the aftermarket ones do not. This is where most of the improvements in traction comes from. LCA relocation brackets will help you gain better traction if you are planning to lower the car You may want to invest in some better tires as well. All the suspension in the world doesn't help if your tires won't hook.
Also, you don't want dual end poly on the LCAs in a street driven car. The poly doesn't allow the LCAs to work as they were designed.

If you aren't worried about the cornering characteristics of the car much, you can box the stock LCAs and install poly. I'd say if you installed rubber with the boxed LCAs, you'd see better traction.
