A Question about allinment on my rear end?

A Question about allinment on my rear end?
Hey all ive got a problem, i have a 1991 Z , i feel a vibration and i thing its do to my drive shaft of aliment, and i see only so many things that can move my rear end,, it looks as my driver rear traling arm is bent and my sub frame connectors are kinked a little. My hole question is i dont really see what hold eles holds the rear end in allinment??, welll yall have helped befor so thankx and i need a little more...

the only front to back alignment that the axle has is the control arms. If one is bent, then you need a new one. the panhard bar, it goes parallel to the axle behind it, controls the side to side alignment

One more thing you can check is your torque arm,it sets your pinion angle,make sure your bolts are tight and check your mount/bushing to see what condition it's in.
