Level Launch?
Level Launch?
I have been reading through a lot of the suspension upgrade posts about drag racing. I am prepping an 85 bird for drag and would like a good solid launch but at the same time I am looking to keep the front tires on the ground. I am only a big fan of flying if it has wings. The car is running a V6 so it wont have as much torque as the big 8s do. If anyone can help me with what I need to accomplish this type of performance I would like to hear your thoughts.

Re: Level Launch?
- Lakewood 90/10 front struts 50/50 rear shocks
- front sway bar removed
- lakewood control arms
- Edelbrock torque arm
That what I have done to my 82 firebird and it launches good.
