Coilover kit and camber plates
I'm about to buy Koni Yellow and Spohn or BMR coilover kit, but i was wondering if i can use J&M tubular adjustable camber plates instead of Spohn or BMR upper strut mounts to get even bigger adjustment on suspension, will they fit??
best regards

Re: Coilover kit and camber plates
No
the issue i found is that the coil spring itself sits up into the mount, and the hole in the strut tower is only so large. All the extra adjustment of the camber plate would not benefit you much because the spring would hit the sheet metal of the strut tower before you got any where near the limits of the adjustable camber plate.
Ground control weight jacks are a good alternative, and probably what i should have gone with. I may still go with them.

Re: Coilover kit and camber plates
they look just like the threaded sleave adjusters that come with the coil over kits, but they are for ~5" springs, so they are much larger, and they sit in the a-arm, and using a more conventional ~5" coil spring.
