Anyone ever use these?

Hey guys i got rid of my air shocks and put a pair form autozone on. Now my back sits a little lower and wonder if i could use these spacers? If so will it hurt anything or hurt any performance?

Good grief! I haven't seen and/or even thought about those darn things since the 60's. IIRC, they were prone to disappearing on those old cars. Not something I'd consider, but each to his own.

You might consider a new rear spring isolator. The thirdgen replacement is actually a fourthgen piece and will jack the car up some.

I wouldn't use those either. One of the first things I did to my last car was remove those.

Napa sells a product that does the same thing, but it is two plates that goes between the coils, and adjusts out after you put it in. Seems a bit safer.
It can also be used to do the opposite, and compress the springs.
