recomend me some alignment specs!

Car: 87 TA clone
Engine: 70/70 Turbo 5.3 LS
Transmission: bullet proof 2004R
Axle/Gears: ford 8.8, 3.55 gears
recomend me some alignment specs!
replacing the stock strut mounts with the new J&M units. think im gona also upgrade my GR2s to the KYB AGXs. so i can take full advantage of my hand made STB for my HSR383.
what specs do u recomend? car will be driven daily. will hit the track (1/4) in the warmer months but i drive this thing daily and i dont want crazy tire wear.
car is lowered 1.5-1.75" in front and rear. 900lbin front springs and 130-150lb rear springs. front tires are SLP 17x8 with 245/45/17 nitto 555s. front wheels are pushed out with 3/4" billet spacers and ARP wheel studs.
what are the stock alignment specs? and what specs should i run? i drive somewhat aggressive but i cant be replacing tires every couple of months! other suspension mods are in the sig
