Need advice on subframe connectors
I'm thinking about purchasing some competition engineering subframe connectors Part no. 3046. has anyone installed these. I really don't care about the welding and cutting. The interior is out right now any way. I thought about the s&w set up. but I already have a driveshaft loop and a torque arm. the instructions are pretty vague. if anyh one can offer some advice on these(even some pics) that would be great.

Hello
I just wanted to give you another option. I wanted to leave you know that UMI Performance offers a set of weld on SFC's. Below is a link to show you what we have to offer!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Thanks

Re: Need advice on subframe connectors
Just to give you another option. We offer two different styles of weld in connectors. One for factory style exhaust and the other for full length headers. Both designs are made from 2" x 2" .120 wall dom steel with 3/16" reinforcement plates. These reinforce the rocker pinch welds, rear control arm boxes and front subframes. This ties in the entire floorpan of the car by joining key structural components, minimizing chassis flex and improving handling. Here is a link to our site.

Re: Need advice on subframe connectors
I would highly recommend going either UMI or BMR over the competition engineering ones.
