S&W 8 point roll bar rear brace location
I am in the process of burning in a s&w 8 point roll bar kit. I have seen some people that run the rear braces all the way back to the luggage compartment, some of them go from the hoop to the shock mounting point, and in the instructions s&w has them going to the middle of the gas tank hump. What is the best location for the rear braces? Seems to me where s&w has them going is just real flimsy sheet metal.
I also got 2 extra bar's and plates. Do they usually ship them with optional bars that you can install?

Anywhere sort of over the frame rails from the shock mounts to right at the back. There is no right or wrong location. It's whatever you feel will work best for you.
