Is this becuase of my torque arm?

when ever i shift gears hard, downshift or in general put a lot of torque on the rear end it make one loud knock. Also the car does not bite well on hard accelerations and corner exits. Is this normal on T-5 cars for the torque arm to really feel like it is not holding the rear like it should? I am sure it is not a problem with the diffy. I guessed the torque arm becuase it seems to suffer from many of the symptoms that spohn's torque arm claims to remidy. I have a totally modified supsension: I am running eibach racing springs with wieghtjacks and relocated control arms(how I picked the car up). So does that sound like the symptom of a weak torque arm mount or something else?

A loud knock could be coming from a busted tranny mount.
