best bang for my buck?

I have about 500 bucks to spend on my suspension and was wondering what the best buy for my cash would be? I was thinking about Herb Adams adjustable shocks and struts, and the Sphon performance LCA's and panhard rod. Am I on the right track? I have an 89' GTA Trans Am with WS6 suspension. What about polyuerethane bushings? Herb Adams said in his book that the ones they had tested were'nt any good. Have they gotten any better.

Definitely get some subframe connectors. They should be the first thing on everyone's list. Mine are made by SSM. They were about $140 from Summit Racing. Poly bushings are also a definite must. They will tighten the car up nicely. New shocks and struts would also be a wise investment depending on the condition of your old ones. You might also want to consider a strut tower brace.
