BMR Fabrication LCA Relocation Brackets?

Are they any good? Are they high quality? I was about to order some, but I figured it would be better if I found out about them before impulse buying. Here is a link to them:

Which are you looking at? The weld ons are a bit cheap through Steve Spohn, plus he's a sponsor here Dont know about the bolt on kind, but IMHO, i wouldn't want to drive with brackets unless the were securely welded on.
