All new front suspension, popping noise?

Well I was getting sick of tripping over my box of brand new moog ball joints, tie rods, centerlink, and idler arm that have been sitting in my room for nearly 6 months. I gave up holding out to try and do it myself when I had time (wasn't gonna happen), and plunked down $200 to have a tire shop do it along with an alignment. Well after I picked it up the difference was amazing, it handled like a dream. However I noticed a wierd popping noise (almost like a loud clicking) everytime the car shifted from either hitting a bump, accelerating, or braking. I could also make it pop by bouncing with all my weight on the fender.

I drove it back the next day and they put it up on a rack, we yanked on the centerlink and the driver's side balljoint popped everytime we did it. I swear I was hearing the sound on the passenger side too though while I was driving. They assumed it was a bad ball joint which I was a bit skeptical of since these were brand new. I decided to get a second opinion but after driving it for a week I noticed that the popping started to slowly go away. And for the last 3 or 4 days it hasn't done it at all. Is this normal or should I still be concerned about it?

we dont have upper ball joints...and its possible to get a def out of the box...actually there was a moog tie rod end layin around at work and i was bored so i was playing with it, anyway the the thing was loose as ****, you shouldnt be bale to move a new tie rod end/ball joint by hand and thats what i was doing, so its possible
