Re: whole new suspension HELP!!!

Well just did this on my car - depending on parts you buy like shocks / struts and springs - plus bushings all around - I'd say between $800 - $3,000. I did everything for $800 but I bought stock replacement springs, ACdelco profesional shock and struts, prothane bushings for some - stock rubber for others. I did not upgrade any of the major items like control arms, panhard bar - track arms, sway bars etc as all I wanted was a very mild mod. basically stock car. All parts were removed and stripped, painted and reinstalled with new bolts etc. all the steering parts were replaced as well as ball joints an strut mounts etc. It took me a good 2 months to complete working a few hrs a night a few days a week. Also since you in there - doing the brakes, brake lines, cables etc might be good as well. If you shop around you can get some good deals on stuff of = to or better than stock GM quality that will work just fine IMO for a daily driver - if you want to do more then you will have to replace the parts I did not and go for performance aftermarket and the price goes accordinly.
