My friend and I are having an argument. I say all WS6 cars came with 16" wheels. He says his '85 trans am is WS6 because it has "Performance Suspension" on the dash, but his car came with 15" wheels from factory. His RPO code sticker was gone when he got the car.

Not all year WS6s had 16" wheels. The early ones had 15"s. They switched to 16" in 85.

I have WS6 on my '84 TA. It has 15 X 8 rims on it.

 

His car is an '85. Just because he has the "performance suspension" badge he thinks he has WS6. Does anybody have A trans am that says "Performance Suspension" and not have WS6 on the RPO sticker?
