best bushing kits/struts & shocks?
I know what I want to do with my suspension but I'm still confused about what the best parts are, theres a PST frontend rebuild kit for 82-92f-bodys $159 which includes a ridiculous assortment of just about everything even ball joints and tie rod ends w/out the rear. then there is a ENERGY kit for $117 all bushings but no swaybar/balljoints/tierodends. it just seems to me that PSTs kit is too much for the money does anyone have experience with PST performance? well thats about all I'm putting down for now,if I get into my whole rebuild project this post would be too long.
If anyone here has done a major suspension overhaul, please let me know what you used and how it worked out.

I just replaced everything on my suspension about 7 months ago. I ordered separately all the tie-rods, ball joints, idler arm, etc. I ordered it all from wrenchead.com, but I don't think they have the MOOG stuff anymore - that's what I bought, including front and rear springs. Shocks and struts are MONROE, bushings are all E/S. Rest assured that although the kit says "everything you need...", well, that depends on your definition of "everything", I guess. Ball joint boots are not in the kit, one set of end links are not in the kit, shock mount grommets are not in the kit, BUT there is a transmission mount - whatever the hell that's got to do with suspension is beyond me. Also, you won't find any sway bar bushings for the front or rear swaybars in the kit, either. Just a word to the wise... If you've never done control arm bushings before, either, you're in for a real treat. I replaced EVERYTHING in mine, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'm sure others on this board will respond as well.
