does anyone know were the cheapist place to get 1LE rotors for a 92 camaro front and back.

I don't know about the cheapest but O'Reilly's can order them. They accidentally ordered them for me once instead of the normal ones.

I know at Advanced Auto Parts they were something around $70-$80 a piece for the fronts. These are Bendix brand. That's just what I remember from when I worked there over the summer.

I got Autospecialty 1LE rotors for my car from a local parts store (Brittons Auto) for $60 ea.
