You can get the rotors and calipers from AutoZone and maybe other parts stores, although you'll have to pay the core charge on the calipers the first time you get them. If the calipers have a lifetime warranty, you wouldn't have to pay anything more after that.
Oh, the brake hose part numbers are 18032328 and 18032329, and they are $12.29 each from Dal. I also ordered 2 "fittings" with part number that were $1.69 each. Problem is, I don't remember that these fittings are, but I'm guessing something to do with the brake hoses like either the banjo bolts or the copper washers...

I was told you can reuse the stock hoses. You just need to replace the bolt and washer that connects the stock hose to the PBR caliper.
I just bought new hoses last year. I would like to reuse them if i could.

You can re-use the stock brake hoses, but you won't want to unless you don't want to turn your steering wheel through more than 1/2 of it's travel.
I actually had the stock hoses installed because I thought they would fit, but I had to be very careful how I was driving to make sure I didn't stretch the hose, which could make it fail.
To see how much I could turn the steering wheel (not taking into account suspension travel, which would limit it even further), I jacked up the front end, took off the wheels, turned on the ignition, put the tranny in neutral (so the steering column wouldn't lock), and turned the wheels side to side. I think I could turn the wheels 2/3 towards each side before the hose was getting stretched. Also, the junction on the brake hose where it clips to the strut is at a different location too and didn't line up at all since the brake hose bolts to the caliper in a different location. The 1LE hoses are definitely longer, but I felt much better when I got them on there and didn't have to worry about how far I could turn the steering wheel.
