Suspension Over haul

Ok I am looking to stiffen my car up and lower it. First with sub frame connectors. I was wondering what lowering kits you guys have used? who makes the best lowering shocks and if I only lower it an inch do I need the adjustable panhard rod? Give me some advice please!

I used Eibach springs and Tokico strut/shocks. I forget, but I think the Eibachs were the Pro series. They dropped the car an inch and no you don't need an adjustable panhard bar. I used the Hotchkis.
Don't get the Tokico struts. I am not unhappy with them but for the money there are much more knowledgable people on the board to help you with shocks.
