Are IROC wheels 16x7 in front; 16x8 in rear???

Are IROC wheels 16x7 in front; 16x8 in rear???
I always thought they were 16x8 in all four corners but a guy selling them say they are 16x7 in front. I don't know him so he could be trying to pull something on me.

Yes they are all 16"x8". They labeled front and rear on the outside of the wheel.
