hotchkis

As any one used hotchkis springs. I have the panhard rod and lower control arm from them I was woulding if their springs where any good for $226.00. They have bilsten shocks too, are they good shocks they want $475 for them. Or is koni and eibach a better set up. Or is there another setup that is the best.
I have a 92 formula ws6. I will be street racing and track racing and a daily drivers. Right now and have 16" rims from the 97 formula. Please help
