Spohn Suspension Parts
Is anyone using Spohn rear suspension componets? I'm going to buy LCA's, a PHR, and subframe connectors based on everyone's recommendation, but I do have a question; Is anyone running the poly/spherical end combo? I remember hearing how aluminum bushings caused premature suspension wear and the like, wouldn't these do the same? Would it be better to just go with full polyurethane?

Depends on what you want to do with the car.
Road racing or auto cross... nothing will beat the spherical rod ends. But if you want the best of both worlds, get the poly/rod end combo.
I will be adding subframes, torque arm, LCA, LCA brackets and panhard to my car in the next month. I will keep everyone updated.
P.s. I got the spherical rod ends, and the torque arm with both front and rear driveshaft loop.

Sportsman II 72 CC heads, Pete Jackson gear drive, Performance Resources chip, Edelbrock 1 5/8" headers and Edelbrock cat back exhaust, hi-flow cats, Trans-go stage 3 shift kit, Vigilante 9.5" 2800 stall convertor, SLP cold air induction, SLP roller camshaft, 24lb ADS injectors, AFPR, 3.45 rear end gears, and other goodies...

I am running all of the Spohn rear suspension parts. LCA, LCA brackets, Torque Arm and Panhard bar. The LCA and PH bar, I am running the poly/heim combo. The TA, I am running the heim joint. I went this route because it allows the suspension to move and twist and not bind like a full ploy setup would do. I am not sure what aluminum bushings you are talking about as there is none. The heims are chromemoly (sp?). I am very happy with the setup and other then some squeeking from the poly bushing at the body, there is not much more noise then before. I highly recommend this setup. BTW, I used SSM sub frames as Spohn couldn't get me his soon enough. Good luck.

Today I ordered the LCA's, PHR, Torque Arm, SFC's and some grease! I'll let everyone know how it works out if anyone cares!

I got it without the loops. I figured I can always add them later, since I've seen aftermarket loops on the 'net.

It is a lot easier to install without the loops....
But the loops are of high quality and definitely work the price...
Good luck on your project...
