When I hit a bump or push down on the front of the car I can hear what sounds like grinding coming from I think the front struts and I have also noticed that my front tires are starting to wear a little on the outside edge. Are my struts bad if not what what else could it be. Any help is appreciated.

Does it bounce up and down really easy?
Do you know when the last time the struts were changed? It probably would be a good idea if you changed them. Also an alignment might help with the tire situation.
