36mm bushings & e-mail campaign

Do you suppose an e-mail campaign to Energy Suspension (energysuspension.com) and/or other companies, concerning the need for 36 mm (greaseable), bushings would be helpful?

Nope, just not a high enough demand for that size to make it profitable for them.

Well guldstrand makes 36mm sway bar bushings. They arent greaseable though, if you wanted them to be you would have to modify them yourself to adapt zerk fittings.

Not 100% sure, but I think PST sells 36mm bushings, and they are polygraphite so you do not need to grease them.

You don't need 36 mm bushings to fit the sway bar. The ES 34 mm fits fine. I modified them to be greasable though. I cut 3 circumferential grooves and 2 "X" grooves in the ID with a Dremel and an abrasive cutoff blade. I peeled it open and held it open in a vise to do the modification. I drilled and tapped the stock housing for the zerk fitting. I drilled through the bushing to match. Now it is greasable.

Just buy the largest Energy Suspension greasable bushings (34mm I believe). Then go buy a flap wheel for a drill from WalMart and bore it out to 36mm.Its pretty easy.
