you guys helped me out in finding out why there was some loosness in the tilt steering, but there is also something I didn't mention. When I lock the steering wheel in any place the wheel won't move down but is loose so that I can move it all the way up. I haven't tightened the bolts in there yet but what will I have to do to fix this other problem while it's all apart?
