Rear is sagging...

Rear is sagging...

The back isn't loaded down with anything and is sagging with only 1/4 tank of gas. Is this the shocks or springs? Should I replace them both?

it's real easy to replace both. if your car has a lot of miles, or age it maynot be a bad idea.
