Is there a difference???

Is there a difference between a stock 91RS front sway bar and one from an 83 TA? It says the TA one is 1 1/4 inch? Is that how big mine is also?

Ya it is. get a vernier and measure. Youll answer your own question. And another thing, reads your rpo, or get your Rpos and do them in the program in this web page and find out how big it is and the one you wanna install. We can't see your bars so i can't answer.

Yeah, look at your RPOs:

FE1: 30mm
F41: 34mm
FE2: 36mm

If you don't have your RPO label, then just measure them.
