I know they help flex and stability...but will they improve elapsed times? How much improvement should I expect? Are they fairly lightweight?

MAC makes a set for around $120 and they are pretty light.your not going to see a huge difference with just sub-frame con.you will with sub-frame con.,slicks and a steeper gear
