suspension

HEY GUYS!
Sorry for my English.
I have 305 1991 Camaro and 86 TransAm.
Both cars had the same problem of front end -gross violation of toe-IN during tight corner turn of vehicle.
Wear of tie rod ,center link ,idler arm, bushing's and ball joint of lower contr. arm's are minimal, perceptible clearances are absent.
I am not sure in correct adjust of idler arm but tried set equal distances (heights) between end's of center link and centers of front bushing bolts. Is it correct?
Caster,camber,toe-in (straightforward movement) are normal and change theirs adjustment doesn't fix the problem.
During tight corner turning front tires scratching and squealing.
Straightforward movement without any problem.
HELP me PLEASE!
THANKS!
