so i've decided i don't want to fear every speed bump and driveway i see and i'm not going to lower my car. i just want to replace the 215,000 mile springs i have atm, i saw i could get progressive rate or stock replacement whats the difference and which one would give me a little more performance?

Actually they are usually used for daily driven cars, that need comfort on the street every day, but are semi-raced on the weekends.
Gives the soft ride for the street, but tightens up under autocross-style hard cornering.
