HELP!!!!!!!

my 92 has been sitting for months. i started to drive it, and after a couple of days the lower conttrol now pops at the rear bushing, on both sides. what the h*** could this be from, and is there a way i can grease them? it is actually catching on something inside. really annoying. slightest change in degree of arm and it snaps real loud. i put my hand on it while a buddy bounced it up and down, and it is definetly coming from the rear bushing. just put new struts, ball joints, idler, and all new brakes. why would it take a couple of days to start acting up?
