Tighter suspension

My 90 IROC gets very loose when it rains and if I'm cruzing down the highway at 55+ and hit a bump she gets a little loose too like the road has moved out from under me. My 94 T/A has never given me a problem. I'm very confident when I drive the T/A in the rain.
Both cars have the 245/50/16's tires.
What do i need to replace/upgrade to glue the IROC to the ground in the rain and over the bumps in the road?

Thanks.....

What brand of tires are on the IROC? Kellys and Gatorbacks suck in the wet stuff.

They're Goodyears. they are great tires. The tires are NOT the problem. They hold great on the 94 T/A. It's something with the 3rd gen suspension......
