please help

I need to find a way to keep my camaro from getting chewed up by the city streets. You see... there are a lot of craters in the streets here... my camaro is pretty low to the ground... not too much lower than other cars... but I think that bigger wheels will prevent the car from getting chewed up as badly. Does anyone know how large of a mag that the third gens can accommodate?

I've want to go as big as possible without needing a lift kit.

Check out the wheel+tires questionEXPERTS NEEDED post on this forum, it covers what you want to know. Other options are taller springs, air shocks, or the cheapo fix, twist in spring expanders. They tend to fall out in extreme situations I've heard tho.
Ive had the same problems on the dirt roads out here with big holes, big rocks, slo movin cows, and fast movin deer, but its too darn fun so you gotta gain altitude. Good Luck.
