I need to install the breake hoses on my 88 gta. When i ask to the auto-parts store, they ask me if i have a performance package. I need to know what that is and if it is important. They gave three brands to choose from: reybestos ($17), confield ($20, AC Delco from the dealer ($25). I would like to know if these brands is any good or wich you would recomend. I would like to know this as soon as posible because i need to change them fast please.

 

I haven't heard of the middle one; Raybestos is a good company, so's Bendix. Can't help you with the performance package...

 

Unless you have a 1LE, you don't have the performance package.
