Help me spend my money

To begin with I have about 1500 to 2000 dollars to play with.

Situation: 16 years old just bought my first 3rd gen (not first F-body ) Anyways I want to redo suspension. I want it to look good ie possibly lowered. but i want to be able to take turns fast and still be able to do stop light to stop light racing.
so if anyone has suggestions what they did comapany names of products and prices it would really help.
thanks

since it's still a street car and assuming the parts need replaced, i'd buy moog front end parts, poly sway bar, rear control arm, and pan hard bar bushings. run good quality struts and shocks, sorry to say i don't see much differance in brands of the same price range. buy SFCs and a STB. hotchkiss and spohn to name afew make great parts as does SSM.

Kenny Brown www.kennybrown.com makes an excellent street setup with adjustable control arms and adjustable panhard rod. Also, his subframe connectors are superior to most. However, it doesn't come cheap so you'll have to ask yourself, "What's good enough and what am I going to do with the car?"

Lowering the car will not hurt but it will offset the rearend a bit. You can bring it back into place with an adjustable panhard rod. That's exactly the reason they make them.

I think all performance springs lower the car unless you get new stock WS-6 springs.
