Eibach Pro Kit or Sportsline?
I am looking to drop down my car but im afraid that the Pro Kit will be the same as my camaro now (170k miles) or higher up.
I am not sure if i want Sportsline because I do not want the car to be to low for the roads here in upstate NY.
One last question, would it be acceptable to use either lowering kits without any additional parts? If not, what would be REQUIRED?
Thanks sooo much for any input!! Pictures would be awesome too.
The car is in its primer and I had to replace the door and fender due to the previous owner backed up with the door open and it wrenched it.

I have the Prokit and I like it - dropped but not too far. At first, the car might look higher, but the new springs will settle in after a few weeks - this happens with all cars that have old springs in them.
There's nothing required to do the swap. Alot of folks do front springs and struts at the same time while they are in there, but it's not required. Just make sure you get the springs indexed correctly when installing them, and be safe - chain the front spring to the K member before trying to take out or put in so it doesn't fly out and take your head off. To hold the isolators on top without them falling off or getting turned, tape them with electric tape to the top of the spring.

prokit, the spring rates are better than the sportlines. I had the sportlines years ago and was not very fond of them.
you should think about upgrade shocks and struts too if you lower the car

I've upgraded the back and front struts with KYB. Replaced panhard bar and rear LCA to be prepared for the drop. So far, the handling went from average to superb. Can't wait for lowering the car. Did you guys feel any improvement in cornering or launches? Or any negatives?
Oh and anyone else who may have an opinion, please voice it.
Thanks so much for the feedback. It means a lot to me

most off the shelf lowering springs have shorter rear springs that are alittle too soft, so the back end tends to drop too much during a launch.
