My 91'RS pulls hard to the right. Its got Eagle GTII's with only 12,000 mi. They are properly balanced and not seperating or out of round. I have had it aligned twice. It still pulls!!! Please Help!!!!!!
With radials you should never rotate side/side, only front/back. Radials develop a wear pattern, and once that pattern is developed, you should never reverse the rotation. Reversing the rotation of the tire by rotating side/side can quickly lead to broken belts. Just a word of warning. That's not to say that every time you rotate side/side you WILL get a broken belt, but it's a lot more likely.

check the caliper.. if when you hit the brakes it stick it will pull hard.. had this problem myself

Your '91 should have the better redesigned caliper brackets, but it still might be the caliper. Replacing that is $12 and 1/2 hour of work. If that doesn't work check all your hard line and replace the soft line if you have the tools. The only thing after that is the bias valve and master cylinder. Also be carefull rotating front to back on the tires. The wheels might have different offsets for the front and back. If the alignment is being done right, then the only other thing might be bad bushings or something is loose in the suspension or steering.
