FE2 Help

Hi guys. Over in the UK with a 91 Z28. Power steering box is in need of a rebuild or replace due to steering issues. anyway my parts guy needs to know which suspension package I have. Its all stock. The rpo code is FE2 which means ride and handling. But he wants to know if that means with or without soft ride suspension. I dont have a clue so wondered if you guys could help.

Re: FE2 Help

FE2 is the stiffest suspension... "With soft ride suspension" should only apply to FE1 cars. Generally speaking, the 91 Z was only offered with F41 (mid-level) and FE2, which should both use the upgraded steering gear.
