New coils Necessary?????????

I have an 89 Iroc, 112k miles,

How often do coils need to be changed. Mine are pretty rusty, but the car doesn't seem to sag or anything. I know it needs new shocks but those are coming soon. but I thought I might as well do both if needed while I was under there.

Thanks.

Definitely change them. You'll be surprised at the difference, even if you just put stock replacement ones back in there.
