strange sound when turning hard

When I turn my steering wheel all the way to the right or left I can hear bad noises coming from my front end. It happens at very slow speeds. It is kind of a squeaky noise along with a knocking sound as well. The squeak isn't my tires either. Thanks in advance.

Is your steering loose? Do you have any aftermarket suspension items up front? Your sqeaks could be coming from some worn out bushings up front.

It could also just be the PS pump bleeding pressure internally, which is normal.
